Giacomo Vanelli is an Italian musician and composer mainly devoted to electronic music. Vanelli’s work is almost entirely created with modular synthesizers, and guided by a random modulation of events that determine the composition. The outcome is a deeply melancholic atmosphere that lingers between the digital and the natural. While modular synthesizers are the primary instruments used, cello, piano, and voice, provide additional layers in creating a celestial surrounding.
